We ship anywhere in the United States. Orders are generally shipped via USPS within 1 business day Monday-Friday and usually arrive within a week.* This timeline might be longer around the holidays . We will contact you via email if there are substantial delays. We offer free shipping on orders over $35. Use coupon code FREESHIP35 if the discount is not automatically applied. Orders requiring UPS or FedEx may be subject to additional shipping expenses.

In Store Pick Up

In store pick ups will be available within 1 business day Monday-Friday. An email will be sent when your order is available. Orders will be held for a week and can be picked up during regular business hours. Please contact us at rex@tyrannostorus.com if you need a longer pick up window.

Orders are always packaged with care, but we understand things can happen during transport. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please allow us an opportunity to make it right.

PRODUCTS

Unused/unworn items are eligible for returns. Please let us know if any of the following apply:

•damaged/defective/incorrect product (send photo)

•no longer needed

•item not as expected

•too small/too large

•other (please specify)

Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for a return shipping label.

A refund for the product(s) will be issued via the original form of payment once we receive your item(s).

Please note that small chips and cracks can occur in natural products. This is normal and does not necessarily mean something is defective. We take precautions to make sure products arrive as pictured. Slight variations might occur due to lighting. We aim for accurate color rendition, but images can look different depending on the monitor/screen. All measurements are approximate. We strive to be precise, but there may be small variances.

CLASSES

Booking and paying online reserves a spot. Class fees are nonrefundable, but we can transfer your registration to another available class or issue an activity voucher if you are unable to attend for some reason.

GIFT CARDS

No returns or refunds on gift cards. Tyrannostorus gift cards are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be replaced.
