Shipping Information

Domestic orders are shipped FedEx, UPS or USPS from our manufacturing facility in Osceola, Wisconsin. Orders are usually fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days and deliveries to central states arrive within 2 to 3 days; deliveries to either coast arrive in approximately 4 to 5 days.

We offer free ground shipping to the lower 48 US states on all retail purchases of $90+. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped using the carrier of our choice. You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will show the carrier and tracking number.

*We are not able to offer free ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other outlying destinations, since all orders must go by air.*Orders with promotional shipping will be shipped ground using FedEx, USPS, UPS, or SpeeDee.

Warranty

All of our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years. This warranty period is longer for several products, see product page for details. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. In some circumstances, we may recommend that you replace a product sooner, to maintain optimum levels of support, for your individual needs. Return Instructions

Orders Placed Directly with Core Products To ensure we can assist you promptly and process your return correctly, a Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Please contact our Customer Service team at (800) 365-3047 to request your RA number before sending any items back.

For non-defective products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders Placed Through Other Retailers If your purchase was made through a doctor’s office, DME store, or another website, please contact the retailer directly to initiate your return, as their return policies will apply.

Every price on our website is USD and we only capture funds in USD during checkout. If you are purchasing from a foreign country, your financial institution may charge you a fee for currency conversion.
