FREE shipping on orders of $99 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping) within Canada excluding remote & difficult to serve locations. Orders below $99 CAD are subject to a flat-rate $15 shipping fee. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after processing excluding holidays and you will be notified of any delay. If there is an issue with delivery times or availability, a Baby Bump sales associate will contact you by phone or via email within 48 hours to discuss the shipping and delivery options. If you have any problems with your delivery, or your order was not completed to your full satisfaction, please call us at 204-717-5437 and we will sort the issues out for you.

Currently, orders are only shipped within Canada. *Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all exchanges are done at the customer's expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.

If you are looking to do an in-store purchase for a baby registry please call our store at 204-717-5437 and a Baby Bump sales associate will be able to go over the registry with you and provide you with an in-store pick up or "hold for pick up" purchase option.

ONLINE CANCELLATION POLICY

Baby Bump Store Return Policy

Family Centre Cancellation Policy

We cannot accept cancellations with less than 14 days notice before your first class for all private and group classes/workshops. In the event of a cancellation you are entitled to a refund, minus a 15% administration fee. This administration fee may be avoided if you opt for a Baby Bump credit instead of a refund.

If you are wanting to reschedule your class/workshop and it is known in advance of at least 48 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the class or workshop up at a later date. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

If you are not able to attend a program due to medical reasons or circumstances out of your control refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis by our administration.
