International Shipping We ship to over 227 countries and territories worldwide. International orders are shipped via our trusted carrier network and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

EU Customers – 14‑Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us.
