Purchases made at Blackstoneproducts.com ship from northern Utah, Monday through Friday, to addresses within the contiguous United States with the following rates:

•Accessory orders of $50 or more are eligible for free shipping.

•Any order $49.99 or below ship for a flat rate of $9.99.

•For orders over 150 lbs., shipping ranges from $99 to $199

At Blackstone, we are committed to delivering your purchase within the contiguous U.S. in a timely manner. Please note that the average shipping time is 7-10 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience when we experience delays.

Orders over 150 lbs. take up to 5 business days to ship. Deliveries take an average of 8-14 business days to arrive.

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automated email with item tracking information. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Purchases made through blackstoneproducts.com or Blackstone Customer Service that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip in any returned product.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our Customer Service department at 435-252-3030 Ext. 1 during our business hours (7 AM to 5 PM MST, Monday through Friday) to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions. Refunds of the purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be credited back to the purchaser's credit or debit card within ten business days of receiving the returned product.

Please note that all product bundles on our website are sold as complete units, and partial returns will not be accepted. Any shipments sent collect on delivery will not be accepted. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
