Production TimeAll cards are made to order given personalisation. Production typically takes 0–2 working days from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Delivery EstimatesWe offer the following Delivery Partners options at checkout:

Royal Mail 1st Class – £1.90Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch.(Including production time: total estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days)

Royal Mail 2nd Class – £1.40Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.(Including production time: total estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days)

Evri Tracked – £5.99Estimated delivery: 1 working day from dispatch (if order made before 2pm).(Including production time: total estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days

Order TrackingPlease note that both 1st and 2nd Class options are untracked. If you require tracked shipping, please get in touch before placing your order.

DelaysDelivery estimates are not guaranteed. Our delivery partners may occasionally experience delays beyond our control (e.g., during peak periods or due to strikes or adverse weather). Please allow a few extra days before contacting us about a late delivery.

Address AccuracyPlease double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can help.

Personalised ItemsBecause our greeting cards are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged or contains a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Please note:

We do not provide refunds for customer input errors (e.g., spelling mistakes or incorrect addresses).

Slight colour or layout variations may occur during production and are not considered defects.

Non-Personalised ItemsIf you’ve purchased a non-personalised product (if offered), you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Gift CardsAll gift card purchases are final and non-returnable.We cannot exchange, refund, or replace gift cards.

We act solely as a distributor for third-party gift cards.

All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing vendor.

We are not responsible for redemption, balance issues, or expiry dates set by third parties.

Order CancellationsDue to our quick production turnaround, orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone into production.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation or amendments, even if the item has not yet shipped.
