All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. We offer two UK delivery services:

Royal Mail 48 Hour and DPD Next Working Day Delivery.

Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel within 2 to 4 days. On the morning of delivery, Royal Mail will inform you of an expected delivery time. If you are not home to accept the parcel, you can request your parcel to be delivered to a safe place or a neighbour by using the link provided in the shipping tracking email we send to you.

Please keep an eye on your tracking information from Royal Mail to get the most up-to-date delivery estimates and whilst deliveries can be chosen to be left in a safe place or at a neighbour, we cannot guarantee delivery if this option is chosen.

We also offer a DPD service which will be delivered by the end of the next working day, subject to the order being placed before 11:00am UK time. For orders placed after 11:00am UK time, they will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 11:00am UK time on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

If an incorrect address is applied at checkout, there are no guarantees that this can be amended before it is dispatched. Please get in touch here immediately to see whether this is possible. We will not be able to refund any orders that are made to incorrect addresses. If you wish to get a parcel redelivered once it is returned to us, this would be subject to a £4 charge.

If you don't receive your tracking information or you think that your order may be missing or lost, please get in touch with our customer service team here and we'll update you on your order's status.

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, however there are certain postcodes that have restricted courier services. We may have to charge a separate cost for these postcodes which will be shown in the checkout process.

Using the incorrect website when purchasing may lead to a delay in the fulfilment of your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

•Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

•Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please ensure you enter your correct address at checkout. For any addresses that are entered incorrectly and therefore the parcel goes missing, we are not able to provide a refund on this.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch through our contact us page.

Free items

Sculpd can offer free products during promotional periods. If you would like to return any product within your order within the 30-day return period, the free product must also be returned unused. We will not be able to offer any refund on your order if the free promotional product is not returned.

Alternatively, if the free product cannot be returned the full price of the free product will be deducted from the amount being refunded.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in touch via our contact us page and we'll tell you what to do next.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
