1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and a number of destinations worldwide. For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and applicable shipping costs.

2. Shipping Costs

European Union

All orders to EU countries are shipped free of charge, regardless of order size or weight.

United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway

Shipping costs for deliveries to the UK, Switzerland and Norway depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. For smaller items shipped by parcel, shipping costs are displayed at checkout. For larger or heavier items shipped by pallet freight, shipping costs may be calculated and communicated separately after your order is placed. You will always be informed of the applicable shipping costs before your order is processed, and you may choose to confirm or cancel your order at that point.

Outside Europe

For deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs cannot always be determined at the time of checkout. We will contact you with the applicable costs before processing your shipment. You may choose to accept the costs or cancel your order for a full refund.

3. Delivery Times

Not all items are always in stock in our own warehouse. If your order requires additional preparation or restocking time, we will contact you shortly after placing your order to keep you informed.

The shipping times below apply once your order leaves our warehouse and are indicative, not guaranteed. They may vary depending on product availability, carrier capacity, and destination.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing typically takes 1 business day before the order is handed to the carrier.

5. Delivery Method

Standard delivery

Our standard delivery service includes delivery to the front door at ground level. It does not include carrying items inside the home, placement, assembly, unpacking, or removal of packaging materials.

Pallet delivery

Larger and heavier items are delivered on a pallet. Pallet delivery follows the same conditions as standard delivery: delivery to the front door at ground level only. Pallets and packaging materials are not collected by the carrier.

White glove delivery

For customers who require additional delivery support, white glove delivery is available as an optional paid service. This may include in-home delivery, placement, and removal of packaging, depending on your location and the product. White glove delivery must be requested before or shortly after placing your order. Availability and pricing are confirmed at the time of request.

6. Import Duties and Taxes

European Union

No import duties or additional taxes apply for deliveries within the EU.

United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway

For pallet shipments to the UK, Switzerland and Norway, import duties and local VAT are settled by us directly with the carrier. These costs are reflected in the product price shown for your market and will not be invoiced to you separately.

For parcel shipments to these countries, import duties and local VAT are the responsibility of the customer. You may receive a separate invoice from the carrier or local customs authority prior to delivery.

The delivery method, pallet or parcel, is determined by us based on the size, weight and nature of your order. We will confirm the applicable delivery method in your order confirmation or shipping notification.

Outside Europe

Import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees for destinations outside Europe are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination.

8. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including absence at the delivery address, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address, any resulting costs including return freight and storage fees will be passed on to the customer. We will notify you of the amount before deducting it from any refund due.

9. Damage on Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with photographic evidence. You can reach us at support@thegrandcollection.eu .

Contact - The Grand Collection - Checkout

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at returns@thegrandcollection.eu . Once your return request has been approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

•Unused and in its original condition

•In its original, undamaged packaging, without tape or labels applied directly to the packaging

•Returned within 14 days of the approved return request

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the product or packaging shows signs of use, damage, or alteration beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the following exceptions:

Defective products: If a product is confirmed to be defective upon inspection at our warehouse, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

Incorrect delivery: If we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us at support@thegrandcollection.eu . We will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping and ensure the correct item is sent to you.

For all other returns, including change of mind, the customer bears the full cost of return shipping. Given the size and weight of many of our products, return shipping costs can be substantial. We recommend requesting a shipping quote before initiating a return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

•Custom-made or personalised products

•Items purchased from our outlet section

•Gift cards

•Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before initiating a return.

5. Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@thegrandcollection.eu , preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include the following in your message:

•Your order number

•A clear description of the issue

•Photographic evidence of the damage or defect

We will assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Please note that variations in colour, texture, veining, and finish are inherent to natural materials such as stone, wood and metal. These are not considered defects.

6. Warranty

All products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. The warranty does not cover:

•Normal wear and tear

•Damage caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance

•Natural variations in materials such as stone, wood or metal

•Damage caused by external factors such as humidity, sunlight, or impact

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@thegrandcollection.eu with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your current item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order separately.

8. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If a return shipping cost reimbursement applies (see section 3), this will be included in your refund once the defect or error has been confirmed.

Refunds will not include the original shipping costs where applicable, unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed defect.
