Each of our pieces are carefully prepared before it ships from our workshop. Our current processing times are:

Ready-to-ship pieces: processed next business day

Made-to-order pieces: processed in 6–9 business days

Once your order ships, estimated delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected:

Standard: 3–5 business days

Express: 1–2 business days

International Express: 1-4 business days

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Timeline

Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order ships from our workshop, and all shipments are insured up to $200 in the event of loss or damage during transit.

International shipments may be subject to duties and fees assessed by the destination country. Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

We accept returns for new and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items labelled 'Final Sale' are noted in product descriptions and are ineligible for return.

Once your return is processed, store credit will be issued to your account. Refunds may not issued unless the fault is ours. Returns sent outside the return window or without following the proper instructions may not be accepted.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for our team to process your return, depending on store volume.
