•We send all packages out to the delivery address that is shown on your order receipt.

•Please make sure that it is correct.

•Any packages returned to us due to incorrect address will be charged postage to send back out again.

UK Delivery

•All orders are sent with Royal Mail

•We use 1st Class £2, 1st Class signed for £4 and Special Delivery £7

•Delivery is free for orders over £50 and will be sent the most economical way depending on the value of the order.

•If you wish to specify a delivery method then choose from the options at the checkout.

International Orders

•All International Orders will be sent by Royal Mail and charged £12

•If we are unable to use Royal Mail to send your package we will use another courier and you may be charged accordingly.

Turnaround Times

•Most orders will take 21-28 days unless otherwise specified on the listing.

•This is a guide and during busy periods orders may take longer.

•If you require your order for a specific date we then please get in touch and we may be able to prioritise accordingly.

•After we have confirmed that we can accommodate your deadline we highly recommend choosing the special delivery option for your postage as this is the only guaranteed next day service.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you item is incorrect, faulty or you are returning because of any fault of ours then we will give you a prepaid postage label.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Personalised items and bespoke jewellery cannot be returned, but if you are unhappy please do get in touch as we are sure we will be able to come to some sort of resolution. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@littlesilverstar.co.uk.
