•For deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand, customers may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are not covered in the shipping cost. Please be aware that the exact amount of these fees varies by country, and unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific cost. For further details, kindly reach out to your local customs office.

•Please note that in the event of exchanges or returns, any duties and taxes paid during delivery will not be refunded.

**Each of our pieces is handmade, we will send them out from our Asian studio when the local warehouses are out of stock. Any questions,please feel free to contact us at any time.

You orders will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday.Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and sale periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

**We do not ship on the weekend or banking holidays, so your order will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Fees:

We provide free delivery for orders exceeding $89. For orders below $89, our standard shipping fee is $9.9. An extra $12.99 shipping fee is applicable to the following regions or countries: Saudi Arabia, Norway, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, and Puerto Rico (USA)

Taxes, Customs Duties:

Normally the priced shown on our pages is already inclusive import duties. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected.

Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes as customs policies vary by country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

Late or lost orders

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Coppertist.wu take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at info@coppertistwu.com. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).

Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered

This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.

Coppertist.Wu offers a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

30-DAY RETURN CONDITIONS:

* Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.* Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.* The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage, etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.* We will not take responsibility for loss of or damage to the goods that remain undelivered to our warehouse.* We only accept exchanges or resending of your package, but the refund will be not accepted if your package was lost during shipment.* Please inform us of the tracking number, and please write your Order Number and your Full Name in the returned package.* Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via E-Mail at info@coppertistwu.com.* Exchange for a different length or item, the amount of the goods will be recalculated.* All custom items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.* Final Sale items or Gifts are not refundable or exchangeable.* Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.* Each order only allows return once.

Coppertist.wu will not reimburse or pay for return shipping or re-delivery shipping costs except the following circumstances* Customer received the wrong item. ( customers need to contact us within 30 days of receiving their order, or we will think the customers accept the wrong item and it can not be returned. )* The item is broken, and defective. (For broken or defective items, customers need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)

365 - DAY WARRANTY CONDITIONS:1) Coppertist.Wu offers a 365-day warranty service.2) If The used item(excludes custom items / final items ) has any problem within 14 days of the delivered date, we offer a refund or resend the items, and customers pay for resend and return shipping fee. If the used custom item has any problem within 14 days of the delivered date, we offer one-time repairment(Warranty is voided on user damage issues i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.), and customers pay for resend and return shipping fee.3) If The used item has any problem beyond 14 days, we refunds10% - 20% of the jewelry price, or offer the same amount coupon code.

HOW TO RETURN?Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. It must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip, and any appraisals. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please contact our customer service to get further details of returning address.HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process. Upon processing your return, we will send a confirmation of your return to the email address associated with your account.
