Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rustic and Main. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Made to Order Rings

Most of our rings are made to order, just for you. The turnaround time on the order creation can be anywhere from 4-14 weeks. The current turnaround time is available on our website and will also be sent to you via email once your order is placed.

Priority Orders

Orders which have opted to pay an additional fee for priority order creation (not shipping, that’s separate) will be made in half the time as standard, non-priority orders.

In-Stock Rings and other Items

Items which are in-stock will be processed and mailed within 72 hours. Typically we ship within 24 hours.

Weekends and Holidays

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free USPS First Class 3-5 Day shipping is available with a ring purchase.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow for an additional 3-5 days during Christmas season.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Rustic and Main ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Rustic and Main is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Although Rustic and Main is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, please let us know if your item arrives damaged and we will work with you for a replacement.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. The cost for international shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may take an additional 2 weeks or more for shipping. Plan accordingly when placing your order and providing a due date for your ring.

Many countries require a customs fee to be paid before receiving your item. Rustic and Main is not responsible for this fee.

Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Contact - Rustic and Main - Checkout

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as wooden rings being returned due to incorrect sizing. If you requested a ring of a certain size and we made a mistake, for example, you requested a 9.25 and we sent a 9.0 then we will accept the return and create a new ring or refund the cost of the ring. However, if you requested a 9.25 only to find that you needed a 9.5 after receiving the ring, we cannot accept that return or offer a refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Some personal care items such as beard oils or mustache waxes that have been opened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, dependent upon form of payment and the payment providers standards.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us from our Contact page and send your item to: 3401 Uphill Ct. Charlotte North Carolina, US, 28269.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
