Shipping charges are calculated at time of order depending on the weight of items ordered and where they are shipped.

We ship with multiple couriers and will try to select the best service for your delivery.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

You may only ship to one address per order.

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Taxes and duties (if applicable) will be calculated at time of order processing. Sales tax will be applied to your shipping location.

No additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments within North America.

ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Click on the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all the shipping charges. If products are damaged, please accept order and contact us at info@coastropes.ca so we can sort out and arrange for an exchange or return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you must first obtain a return authorisation (RA Number) - contact us at sales@coastropes.ca .

Items sent back to us without an RA Number will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@coastropes.ca .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Ropes, Webbing, PPE, electronics and items cut to length can not be returned.

All non-stocking and pre-order items may be subject to a 20% Restocking fee.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@coastropes.ca.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase with your receipt. If you need a different size, colour or specification, we will process a refund for the item and place a new order.

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 2-4 business days of receipt of your return. We will notify you once the return has been processed. Refunds will be applied to original payment method. Refunds can take several days to be processed by your credit card company.
