For standard shipping, the cost of shipping is 12.99 USD.  For orders over $99 CAD, approx $77 USD (taxes excluded)  the shipping is free.

International Shipping* We offer international shipping. See the cost at checkout. If there is no shipping option for your country, please contact us at info@verticallstore.com. We are not responsible for any additional charges that might arise from your country's customs and import laws. Depending on the weight and the size of the packages, extra shipping costs might be required. We will email you if this is the case. *Restriction Certain locations and or big products (like crash pad) may require additional shipping charges. Flat-rate shipping or free shipping may not apply. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order. You can always contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.

To make a return, first read through our Return Policy below. Please be aware that we are not able to accept returns for demo, discontinued items at 30% off or higher from regular price, and load bearing gear.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most* of our products as long as the item is in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging as supplied by the manufacturer.

If you return a product from outside Canada you must declare a value of 1$ for each item. If possible, indicate the purpose of the shipment as "return of goods". If not, custom fees will be charged to us and subsequently redirected to you.

Note: when returning an item, we recommend that you insure your package as we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages during transit. Your return will be processed a few days after receiving the package. Please allow 3-5 business days for the bank to credit your account. The shipping costs for a return is your (customer) responsibility. The initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the initial order still qualifies for free shipping.

* Climbing gear and final sale products: Due to the dangerous nature of climbing, there is no return on climbing gear/load bearing gear for the safety of all climbers. What is a climbing product? This is a product with a certification or rating or load strength. For examples: Harnesses, Slings, Ropes, Helmets, Camming Devices, Nuts, Carabiners, Quickdraws, Belay/Rappel devices, Pulleys, Aid Gear etc, unless they are found to be defective in which case you may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
