Australian Orders:

Our products ship from our Melbourne warehouse. The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days.

Shipping to any Australian address can take anywhere between 2-6 business days. Express Post shipping is 1-2 business days. Should you be unsure if the product will arrive in time for a specific date, please feel free to send us an email before you place your order.

It is important to note that the times listed above are an average, and depending on circumstances out of our control are subject to change.

We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders within Australia valued at $149 or more. Our Standard Shipping rate for orders under $149 is $9.90 and we also offer Express Shipping on all orders for $19.90.

USA Orders:

Our LED Rechargeable Wall Lights ship from within the USA. The processing time for orders is 1-3 days. Shipping to any USA address can take anywhere between 2-8 days.

All other products ship from our warehouse in Australia. These are expected to arrive in 5-20 days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6/16 Rosemary Court, Mulgrave, Vic, 3170Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will issue you store credit and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@novalights.com.au.
