Order Cancellation

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you've selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped, or refunded if the order is lost in transit.

If you ordered using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing" we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Rawsoil™ is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

USA: We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return with no questions asked.To start a return, you can contact us.Please ship your product back to: 2513 N . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Maternity Yard is not responsible for covering shipping return labels.Upon receiving your package and inspecting it, your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 business days. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.You can always contact us for any return questions at support@maternity-yard.com Rest of World: We do not allow international returns due to the postage being too high to return your order. Please keep this in mind when ordering, and contact us if you have an issue with your order—our team will accommodate to your needs and find a solution that you're happy with.

Exchanges:

USA: We offer free exchanges. You can request an exchange within 30-days of receiving your Maternity Yard. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your exchange has been received, we will begin processing your updated order.

Rest of World: We do not allow international exchanges due to the postage being too high to return your order. Please keep this in mind when ordering, and contact us if you have an issue with your order—our team will accommodate to your needs a nd find a solution that you're happy with.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please let us know within 30-days. We'll provide the instructions to receive a new replacement or a full refund.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customs (International): Maternity Yard is not responsible for any international customs fees incurred with your order. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Refunds:We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
