Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (such as sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered on orders over $85 when shipping to an address within the continental United States. The least expensive shipping option will be chosen on behalf of the customer when Free Shipping is chosen. If a customer would like an order expedited or shipped with a specific carrier they may choose a different shipping option and the associated cost will be displayed and added to the order.

Domestic & International Shipping

Smart Bottoms, Inc. currently ships to approved domestic and international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping to some countries may not be possible at any given time due to unforeseen geopolitical circumstances. If an order is placed and we are unable to ship due to carrier unavailability the order will be fully refunded to the customer. We are not able to hold orders until shipping resumes.

Shipping Delays

Smart Bottoms, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Smart Bottoms, Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Final Sale Items - Any product that is marked down for final sale can not be returned or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase showing that your product was purchased directly from Smart Bottoms.

Non-warranty related returns of products purchased from authorized Smart Bottoms retailers must be made directly through the retailer under their return policy.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@smartbottoms.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@smartbottoms.com and send your item to: Smart Bottoms, Inc., 4592 40th St, Kentwood, MI 49512 United States.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
