Western States Shipping Surcharge

Due to significantly higher freight costs, orders shipping to certain western states may require an additional shipping fee. This surcharge helps offset the increased carrier costs for oversized and heavy items such as fire pits and outdoor furniture.

States that may incur a Western Shipping Fee include:

If a Western Shipping Fee applies, it will be clearly displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalized products may require additional production time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is typically 3–8 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier.

Freight Deliveries

Some larger products may ship via freight carrier. If so, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

30 Day return policy. All products accepted back with full refund. Wish to exchange your chairs for a larger size or color? No problem. We will be happy to work with you to get you exactly what you need. All refunds will be issued back to your credit card. If purchased through PayPal, funds will be returned to your PayPal account. The 30 days applies to date furniture received, not ordered. Customer must pay return shipping if reason for return is other than damage or manufacturing error. Evergreen Patio has discounted shipping rates from UPS, so we suggest contacting us first to save money on returns. UPS pickup is also available. Customer must print return label and tape it to the outside of the box. UPS will not provide label on pickups. Refund will be sent within 24 hours after we receive your items.

If furniture is damaged or has a manufacturing error, Evergreen Patio will pay for return shipping and new product will be sent at no charge.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work very hard to ensure you are completely satisfied. If you have any issues or complaints at all please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
