Orders $500 and above: Complimentary shipping via FedEx Express Saver or USPS Priority.

Orders $1000 and above: Complimentary UPS 2-Day shipping upgrade.

All shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Canada

$40 shipping for purchases $500 and over (UPS or FedEx).

Estimated delivery time: ~10 business days.

Rest of the World

$80 shipping for purchases $500 and over (FedEx or DHL).

Estimated delivery time: ~15 business days.

Additional Information

All shipments are insured, and a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

For orders over $500, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Rush/Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee. Please email us after placing your order to request this service.

We are not responsible for packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable custom fees, duties, and taxes required by their country. These fees are not charged by us and therefore cannot be refunded by us.

If a parcel is refused, both the original and return shipping expenses will be charged to your original form of payment.

We currently do not ship to Nigeria, and a few other countries. If we are unable to ship to your country with full insurance, we will notify you.

Because of the nature of our work, the following policies apply.

CUSTOM & MADE TO ORDER PIECES

All custom and made to order pieces are final sale.

These pieces are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun.

A non refundable deposit is required to begin custom work. If a project is canceled after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Ready to ship items may be returned within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

•Item must be unworn and in original condition

•Item must be returned in original packaging

•Items that have been resized or modified in any way are not eligible for return

A restocking fee of $150 will be deducted from the refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different piece, the original item must be returned (if eligible), and a new order placed.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.

REPAIRS

We are happy to help with repairs when possible.

Repair costs may apply depending on the nature of the issue, especially for damage due to wear or impact.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs.

JEWELRY CARE

Fine jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, improper use, or accidents. Stones may loosen over time and routine maintenance is recommended.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

For returns, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

FINAL NOTE

Each piece is thoughtfully made and often one of a kind. Slight variations in texture, finish, and natural gemstones are part of the process and make every piece unique.
