Due to the fact that most of our solid 14kt fine jewelry is hand-made, please allow between 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped out (*this is only if your item is not readily available in stock as some of our 14kt solid gold pieces are carried in stock). If the item is readily available in stock, your order will ship out within 2-4 working days . Items only ship out on Monday-Friday.

All our jewelry pieces come beautifully packaged in a signature grey LA KAISER box along side with a soft and luxurious LA KAISER velvet suede pouch.

Orders within the USA

We currently offer COMPLIMENTARY USPS First Class shipping in the USA on all orders over $100. Please allow between 4-5 working days for your shipment to arrive once you have received confirmation that your order has been shipped via USPS first class. You will be able to track your order online at usps.com with the tracking number supplied to you in your shipment confirmation email. You also have the option to select USPS PRIORITY MAIL or USPS EXPRESS (overnight) depending on how fast you require your order.

All orders shipped within ILLINOIS will be subject to sales tax.

International Orders & Orders Shipping to Canada

All international orders will be shipped via your choice of carrier (USPS/DHL or FEDEX) and the price will be calculated upon checkout. International tracking information is available online via your select carrier. You will be able to track your order online with the tracking number supplied to you in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow between 10-20 working days for your shipment to arrive if you have selected USPS first class.

All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government. As all orders are coming from the USA, LA KAISER is not responsible for additional duties, taxes and VAT fees that may be required in different countries. LA KAISER does not accept responsibility for any lost/stolen/damaged items in transit or for any customs

If you decide that you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange your item(s), you may return your item(s) within 10 days form the confirmed delivery date and you will receive a full refund or may choose to receive online store credit (valid for one year), less the return shipping cost. To return an item you must email info@lakaiser.com to initiate your return. All return items must appear new and unused, in their original condition and carefully and securely wrapped in their original packaging. If you do not return the product following this process, your online credit or refund may be refused or delayed. LA KAISER is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
