Returns If a consumer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they may return it for an exchange or for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, without providing a reason. Returns are refunded in the same tender paid. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned products must be shipped back promptly following receipt of return authorization instructions. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, new, unworn, unused, and in the original packaging, with all original tags still attached. A copy of your original receipt may be required. The item will be inspected for their original condition once received.
