Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed via UPS. General delivery is basic ground service and can be expected to take 2-6 business days, depending on the state it is going to. Packages ship from Georgia, unless otherwise stated. Standard ground service applies to the contiguous 48 states. Our delivery charges are listed below.

Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Signature Required Option

For your protection, Patrick James highly recommends ‘Signature Required’ upon delivery for orders over $500. This is available for an additional $5.00 at checkout.
