Free Shipping Policy

Sale items and oversized shipments are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Free shipping is for GROUND SHIPPING only and cannot be combined with any additional offers or discount codes.

Some oversized or fragile items may incur additional shipping costs. A customer service representative will contact you if additional shipping charges are required.

Standard Shipping Policy

For standard shipping, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Expedited Shipping Policy

For Next Day and Second Day shipping, please order before 12 pm EST Monday- Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided that the merchandise is:

•Unused, unaltered, and unwashed

•In its original condition

•Accompanied by all original tags

•Returned in its original packaging*

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or charged a restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid through a trackable carrier so delivery can be verified. We recommend using UPS or FedEx.

Kevin’s Catalog can provide a prepaid UPS return label at a discounted rate through our UPS account. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of an error by Kevin’s Catalog or the merchandise arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend insuring valuable merchandise before shipping it back.

Kevin’s Catalog is not responsible for return packages that are lost, misdelivered, or damaged in transit. Customers should retain their tracking information until the return has been received and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Please contact Kevin’s Catalog promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will provide instructions for returning the merchandise and resolving the issue.

Do not discard the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

•Clearance items discounted greater than 40%

•Personalized, monogrammed, engraved, hemmed, or otherwise altered merchandise

•Merchandise that has been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

•Optics, eyewear, and electronics

•Clearance merchandise

•Christmas ornaments and other holiday special items

Christmas ornaments are non-returnable due to their fragile nature and the risk of damage during return transit.

Branded Packaging and Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may be deducted when merchandise is returned with damaged, marked, taped, labeled, or otherwise altered branded packaging that makes the product or packaging unsuitable for resale.

To avoid a restocking fee, do not use the manufacturer’s branded packaging as the exterior shipping box. Place the item and its original packaging inside a separate protective shipping carton.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow time for the returned merchandise to be received, inspected, and processed.

Kevin’s Catalog reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
