We offer refunds for returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns for returns will be charged a flat rate of $6.95 for the return label, which will be deducted from the refund total. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors with tags attached. Shoes must be in their original box to be eligible for a return.

To process a return for a refund to the original payment method, please select refund in the portal. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total. If your returned item arrives in a condition that does not meet our policy, we reserve the right to deny the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your refund (minus original shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and processed by our team.
