All orders are shipped from our Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. headquarters.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays. All orders currently ship within 1 - 4 business days. If you need an order right away emailus@tombihn.com and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping Rates & Options

Signature not required on domestic shipments, international shipment signature is required for delivery.

Note: you can calculate your shipping options and rates on the basket page or when you checkout — below is a general guideline.

Live in the Seattle area just like us? We offer a free showroom pick-up option! No code needed; just choose that option at checkout.

Economy Shipping ($6-8)

An option for smaller orders within the contiguous US. 3-14 transit day delivery. Usually shipped via DHL SmartMail.

Standard Shipping ($10)

Shipments take between 2-10 business days to arrive depending on where the package is going. For Washington orders 7lb or less, Standard Shipping is $9. Usually shipped via UPS Ground Saver.

3 Day Shipping ($20 and up)

Three business day delivery. For example, if we ship your 3 Day Select order on Tuesday, you will receive it on Friday.

Next Day Shipping ($30 and up)

Guaranteed one business day delivery if order is placed before 12:00pm on a business day. Examples: If we ship your Next Day Air order on Tuesday, you will receive it Wednesday. If we ship your Next Day Air order on Friday, you will receive it on Monday. UPS Next Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii is $60 and up.

DHL Parcel International Standard ($14)

4-8 business day to Canada & Europe, 8-14 business day delivery to the rest of the world. Available for orders $50 and under.

FedEx International Connect ($30-$65 and up)

3-10 business day delivery. Flat Rate International Shipping: UK/EU/Japan/Singapore - $41, Australia - $59. Note: Outside of the United States, tariffs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are usually paid at time of delivery. Note: We cannot understate or otherwise misrepresent the value of merchandise on customs forms.

USPS Priority

Available on orders to Alaska and Hawai'i, delivers between 3 and 5 business days after pick-up.

Can you ship international orders via USPS?

No, We ship all international orders via DHL. Note: all brokerage fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Window

You have 60 days from the shipping date to return any item for a refund, as long as it is:

Unused

•In its original condition

•With all original tags attached

We do not accept returns of used items.

U.S. Returns

If you need to return an order, $10 (sometimes less!) will be deducted from your return per shipment back to us

Exchanges (U.S. Only)

•We offer free exchanges.

•The same 60-day return policy applies.

•Use the return link above to start your exchange.

International Returns

•Please use our Returns Portal to start your return.

•Your return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

•No processing fee is deducted, only the return shipping.

•Please print and include the packing slip inside your return package.

Please reuse the original packaging if possible. If unavailable, use a generously sized, crushproof box.Do not fold, roll, or stuff the bag into a small container—it may cause permanent damage.

We strongly recommend that you insure and track your shipment if sending from outside the U.S.and using your own shipping service.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please use our Contact Us form , select the "Report An Issue" subject, include your order number in the message and attach any photos of incorrect, damaged, or defective items.We’ll make it right and cover any return shipping costs if necessary.

Gift Returns

If you received a TOM BIHN item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please use our Contact Us form , select the "Return Question" subject, and leave a message with your order details.Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method or via non-refundable Gift Card. Exchanges can be made by the gift recipient.

Returns

We deduct a $10 Return Shipping Charge to cover return shipping and processing. We will waive this charge in the case of the return of goods damaged in transit or otherwise received defective.

•We offer Gift Cards as a method of refund and will waive the Return Shipping Charge if this method is used. Please note that if Gift Card is selected as the refund method, the gift card is non-refundable once issued.

•Once your return is received at our facility, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.

•Your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 5–7 business days to post the refund.

•Expect the full process to take about 10–14 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
