Standard Ground Shipping (USA)

•Enjoy free shipping on orders over $40. For orders under $40, a shipping fee of $5.95 applies.

•Delivery time: 2 - 5 business days.

•Your order will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination.

•Orders to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Alaska (AK), or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.

2nd Day Express (USA)

•Need it fast? Choose our 2nd Day Express service for just $9.90.

•Delivery time: 2 - 3 business days.

•This option is not available for P.O. Boxes.

Shipping to Canada

•We ship to Canada via Postal Service for a flat rate of $10.99.

•Delivery time: 3 - 10 business days.

•Orders to Canada are delivered by local postal services or UPS directly to your doorstep.

•Most shipments arrive without additional duties, but please be aware that you may be charged import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are beyond our control and responsibility.

•International orders must be sent to the cardholder's billing address.

Return and Refund Policy for Sohoperfume

At Sohoperfume, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy as outlined below:

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund, minus any shipping and gift wrap fees. To process a return, please send the product back to the address provided below in its original, unopened packaging. Refunds are typically processed within one billing cycle after we receive your returned product.

Return Label Convenience (US and UK)

For customers within the United States and the United Kingdom, we can provide a return shipping label for your convenience. Please note that a $6.95 USD fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our label.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable for packages that are undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused, except in cases where an error was made on our part.

Opened Packaging

Due to the nature of our products, perfumes must remain in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a return. Unfortunately, once the packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned for a refund. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original, sealed condition.

Waiting List

If you see a product in our store that is out of stock, simply enter your email address and click "Notify Me". An email will be sent to you automatically as soon as we get the item back into stock.

Damage Claims

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us, and a replacement will be sent to you.

Cancellations

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated, and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section, then you may cancel your order.
