We ship worldwide including to the UK and New Zealand. For international orders, we use Delivered At Place (DAP) shipping terms.

What that means for you:

•These charges are set by your local government and are payable upon delivery.

•We cannot estimate or cover these costs.

Will I Have to Pay Anything Extra?

Yes - if your country applies import fees (usually for orders over a certain value), the courier will contact you to arrange payment before your parcel is delivered.

UK Customers: Orders valued over £135 are subject to 20% VAT and potentially customs duties based on item category.

New Zealand Customers: Orders over NZD $1,000 may incur 15% GST and additional import entry or MPI fees.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a 90 Night Risk-Free Trial on eligible products, giving you 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you’re not satisfied.Please note: Laundry Sheets are excluded from the 90 Night Risk-Free Trial and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Returns will only be accepted if the product is faulty.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your item.

Eligible items must be either unused and in their original packaging, or used and washed before returning.

Once your return label has been issued, the return must be lodged within 14 days.

If you change your mind after initiating a return, please contact our team to cancel your return label.

Returns submitted after the 90-day period will not be accepted.

•Laundry Sheets are excluded from free returns unless faulty.

Exchanges

Instant exchanges are available through our returns portal.

Exchanges are only valid for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, and must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Used or washed items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

A payment card is required to secure an instant exchange.

If the original item is not returned within 14 days of receiving the return label, the exchange item will be charged to your card.

•Laundry Sheets are excluded from exchanges and can only be returned if deemed faulty.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of your return being delivered to our warehouse.

Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you opt for store credit, a gift card will be automatically emailed once your return is marked as delivered.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, do not submit a return via the portal. Instead:

We’ll assess the item and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
