2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we offer shipping across the U.S. only.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the product page. The shipping charges include handling, packaging and shipping costs.

3. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status . Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within ten business days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@Blueforcesports.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order cancellation

•All orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

•Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Restocking Fee

•All returns or goods ordered in error by the customer are subject to a 25% restocking fee, based on the original invoice value of the items.

•The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

•Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

•Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location.

Exchanges

•We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

•If you need to exchange an item, contact our support team and follow the return process.

Eligible Refunds:

•Full refund if the item is damaged or not as described.

•Refund minus shipping costs if you no longer want the product (item must be unused and returned to our warehouse at your expense).

Refunds Not Available:

•Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

•Delays or non-delivery due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

Reporting Issues

Damaged or incorrect product: You must submit photo evidence within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund.

Damaged packaging but intact product: You must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Missing order: If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, you must submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

All issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt. After this period, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.

How to Request a Refund, Return, or Exchange

To initiate a refund, return, or exchange:

•Once approved, return the product to our warehouse at: 7095 Hollywood Blvd #484, Los Angeles, CA 90028, USA.

•Provide a tracking number for the returned item.

•Upon receiving the returned product, we will process a refund or send a replacement.

•Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
