We ship worldwide.

How long will it take for my order to arrive (UK orders)

All orders are dispatched the next working day after your order was placed. Our standard delivery time is 3 working days. We also offer Express shipping at 1-2 working days. We use Royal Mail, all parcels will require a signature upon delivery.

How much is UK shipping?

Standard Shipping (3 working days) £3.95 Express Shipping (1-2 working days) £5.95 Standard shipping is free on orders over £50

I am purchasing from outside the UK, what do I need to know?

All orders are dispatched the next working day after your order was placed. We use a tracked service for all European and International deliveries. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery. Any applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. Our estimated delivery times above do not account for any potential delays due to customs.

If you wish to return your items please send us an email to hello@rubyroe.com with the subject title 'return' please include your order number and the items you wish to return and we will get back to you quickly.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Swimsuits are exempt from being returned unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives faulty please send us an email to hello@rubyroe.com and attach a photo of the item along with your order number.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 days.

Sale items We do not accept returns on sale items, exchanges only.

If you are returning an item(s) we advise you use recorded delivery to ensure your items reach us.
