Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days.

•Orders are processed Monday to Friday

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Please note:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Some items may be fulfilled by our store team rather than our warehouse, these orders may require an additional day of processing before dispatch.

We offer a subsidised, tracked returns service with Royal Mail for £3 via our returns portal. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.

You will not be charged for returning faulty or incorrect items.

Orders can also be returned in store for free.

Return policy

•Returns must be made within 30 days of your delivery date.

•Sale items must be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.

•All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and original packaging - orders are subject to inspection.

•Please include your order number in the return parcel.

•Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take 3-5 business days to process your refund.

•Funds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
