Oahu Delivery and Pick-up Information

Door delivery instructions(only available in the Island of Oahu)

We'll contact you via email or phone within 1 to 2 business days of your confirmed order to schedule delivery.

On delivery date:

1) Our delivery staff will contact you over the phone 10 - 30 minutes before door delivery.

2) Item(s) will be left by the door(or you can specify a drop off area when contacted by our delivery staff).

3) Please inspect and sign the paperwork upon receipt.

In home delivery and setup instructions(only available in the Island of Oahu)

We'll contact you via email or phone within 1 to 2 business days of your confirmed order to schedule delivery. Please clear the area where furniture is being placed before home delivery. Our staff will not be able to move any item(s) which are not on our delivery manifest.

On delivery date:

1) Our delivery staff will contact you over the phone 10 - 30 minutes before door delivery.

2) Inform our delivery staff the location where you want the furniture to be placed. It'll take additional setup time if assembly is required(TV stands, Bunkbeds, Vanities, etc...).

3) Please inspect and sign the paperwork upon receipt.

Warehouse Pick-up instructions(only available in the Island of Oahu)

We'll email a pickup availability date within 1 - 2 business days upon receipt of your order. Please confirm the pickup date by replying to that email.

-On the day of pickup:

Present your email confirmation to our staff at the warehouse during operating hours.*

Operating Hours: 10am-4pm Monday thru Saturday, Closed on Sundays

*We'll be able to provide assistance with loading to your vehicle. However, our staff cannot tie down your merchandise or be held liable for damages to your items/vehicle during home transit. Please be sure to bring pads/blankets to protect your furniture and rope/straps to tie down your furniture. You are responsible for securing your new merchandise. Honolulu Discount Furniture is not responsible for any personal injuries, damage to personal properties, vehicle, items purchased or subsequent damage as a result of the loading, securing and transporting of the purchase.

Shipments to Big Island(Kawaihae/Hilo ports), Kauai, Maui, Molokai, and Lanai

We'll drop off item(s) to Young Brothers and provide a bill of lading number within 2 - 7 days of order confirmation for port pickup availability in 7 to 14 days. You can find more information here .

At Honolulu Discount Furniture, we want our customers to always be happy with their purchases. From first glance to post purchase, we are here to help. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right, which is why we offer a comprehensive exchange or return program for the first 7 days after delivery or pickup. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the return and exchange policy before completing your order.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for all shipping or transit costs related to the order.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in new, unused condition. Products that have damages, scratches, assembly marks, or anything deemed as used by the sole discretion of Honolulu Discount Furniture, will not be eligible for return.

REFUND PROCESS

•Returned items will be inspected within 3 days of receiving the merchandise to ensure new condition.

•Any items returned in new condition with original packaging will incur a round trip shipping or transit fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

•Any items returned in new condition without the original packaging will incur up to a 35% restocking fee and a round trip shipping or transit fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

•Damages incurred during return shipping or transit due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

•The original shipping or delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.

•Refunds generally take between 7 to 10 business days to be credited after the merchandise has been inspected.
