When Will My Order Arrive? Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after they leave our warehouse, depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Multiple Shipments Sometimes, large orders or backorders may arrive in multiple packages. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged extra. The shipping fee you paid at checkout will be applied across all packages.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective. All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee .

To qualify for a return:

•The item must be damaged or defective

•You must submit photo evidence of the issue

•Photos must be sent to hello@tuesdaymorning.com along with your order number

•The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Once your return is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.

Damaged or Defective ItemsPlease inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, you must report it within 30 days of delivery by submitting a return request and providing photo documentation.

Color Variations Please note that minor color variations may occur due to lighting, screen display settings, or natural material differences. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or replacement.

Non-Returnable ItemsWe do not accept returns for any items that are not damaged or defective. Additionally, the following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Bedding and mattresses already opened

Towels (for hygiene reasons, once opened/used)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return request and supporting documentation, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

•A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

•Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
