Shipping Times.

US SHIPPING POLICY

•We ship via USPS on the next business day after receiving an order. We are closed on weekends and federal holidays. The buyer will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.

•Domestic shipping prices are as follows for custom grillz

•USPS Standard - 2-6 days $30.00 (Average 7 day total)

•USPS Expedited - 1-3 days $75.00 (Average 5 day total)

•USPS Overnight- $150 (3 day full process)

•On all Sezzle partner orders we recommend you select Expedited 1-3 service.

•Average turn around time is 5 - 7 days on custom orders

•The buyer must provide a valid shipping address. Packages that are returned back to us due to an invalid address can be reshipped at customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

•At Atown Grillz customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues with your order.

NO REFUNDS

CUSTOM GRILLZ (MADE TO ORDER):

•Customers are responsible for providing us with a good mold impression. Our grillz are custom made to exactly fit the impressions we receive from you. Please contact us for facetime or zoom instructions to take mold.

•Before we make your grillz, you can request a refund within 5 days of your purchase.

•If you chose to cancel your order before sending back your molds, you will be refunded minus the shipping cost and $25 per mold kit set.

•If you chose to cancel your order after sending back your mold impressions but before the production has began, there is a 30% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sales on custom-fitted grillz are final once we begin production. Upon receiving the completed custom grill, you have 3 days to notify us of any fitting issues or defects. We provide one free adjustment within this period. Additional adjustments will incur a $70 fee, which includes another mold kit sent to you with shipping and insurance.

•Free adjustments are not available for any handset iced out grillz. Each piece is custom made to order based on the impressions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at atowngrillz@gmail.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at atowngrillz@gmail.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at atowngrillz@gmail.com.
