SHIPPING TIMELINE
Orders received before 12:00pm (CST) Monday thru Friday (not including holidays) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm (CST) will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the following business day. Our team works hard to ensure your order ships on time and is well packed beyond industry standards to help prevent shipping damages.
RETURNS
Amy Howard at Home wants you to be excited about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 10 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to return it. To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:
Contact our customer care at 901-547-1448 or email support@amyhowardathome.com to discuss the reason for return and to receive a R/A (Return Authorization). Only item(s) unopened, unused and undamaged will qualify for a refund.
Write the R/A number on the outside of the package and include the original packing slip if available.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s) and that it is properly packaged to prevent shipping damage.
Once we have received your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to be in good condition. If so, a refund to the original payment method will be issued, less original shipping charges (including orders that qualified for "free shipping") and shipping insurance if applicable.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Although we make every effort to produce defect-free products, there may be one that slips by. We may ask that you return the defective item for inspection. If the item is deemed defective by our team, a full refund for the defective item(s) will be issued to the original payment method.
