Software, games & sealed items

For certain items, returns depend on whether they’ve been opened.

•Games, software, and other sealed media can be returned if they’re still sealed and unused

•If these items have been opened, we’re unable to accept a return unless they’re faulty

This follows standard UK regulations for sealed products.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

•Some older or back catalogue titles may include promotional content, bonus items, or downloadable codes that have expired. We can’t guarantee the availability of these extras

•We can only accept faulty returns where there is a genuine manufacturing or inherent fault. Issues caused by wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery (for example, disc damage caused by hardware) are not covered
