SHIPPING INFORMATION

Briggs & Riley Travelware uses DPD for UK deliveries. We offer Free Next Business Day Shipping on all UK orders £50 and over placed before 2pm. Saturday deliveries are possible but will incur a further charge. DPD will provide a text message on the day of a delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. Please allow 1 additional day for orders with monogramming.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once the unwanted order is returned to our warehouse, a full refund will be credited back onto the card you paid with. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a refund to appear on their customers records.
