SHIPPING INFORMATION

Briggs & Riley Travelware uses DPD for UK deliveries. We offer Free Next Business Day Shipping on all UK orders £50 and over placed before 2pm. Saturday deliveries are possible but will incur a further charge. DPD will provide a text message on the day of a delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. Please allow 1 additional day for orders with monogramming.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you complete your online order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. This confirmation contains the details of your order and includes an order number. ORDER SHIPMENT

Once the unwanted order is returned to our warehouse, a full refund will be credited back onto the card you paid with. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a refund to appear on their customers records. Please therefore allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Please refer to our returns policy for details on how to return your order for free.
