If your purchase was made through one of our partners, please refer to their return policy. We don’t offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered but not received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once approved for a return, a return label will be provided to you. Once your product has been received, a refund will be made to the method of payment, less any shipping charges.

REFUND ISSUESIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@itsblume.com.

EXCHANGESWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@itsblume.com and a return authorization will be sent to you. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and inventory, and we do not guarantee stock. If we are unable to exchange your product, you will be given a refund if return meets inspection standards.

ADDRESS ERRORSIf the address provided when checking out is incorrect and the product has shipped, the customer will be responsible for a $10 re-shipping fee.
