Most orders ship same day if received by 12PM CST. We do our best to maintain an accurate inventory on our website for quick shipping. Orders not shipped same day will ship within 1-2 Business days of receipt.
Free Shipping offers do not apply to P.O. Boxes. If free shipping is selected and a PO Box is provided as the shipping address, an invoice for shipping will be sent to the customer. The customer will have 24 hours to pay the shipping invoice or the order will be cancelled and refunded.
We have no control over the shipper or their processes and can not guarantee a timeframe on when you will receive your order. The only thing WE control is how quickly we process and ship it from our warehouse. Lost packages must wait 20 days from the ship date before a claim can be filed for a full refund. Less than 1% of orders are ever lost. If this timeframe doesn't work for you please don't place an order.
2 Moms Craft Shack is a small business built on great service and products and transparency. We want to serve our customers to the best of our ability but we simply can't afford to refund packages because USPS process times have increased. If your tracking information shows "IN TRANSIT" then it is in transit and still being processed by the carrier. We have no more information than this. What you see is what we see and we have no way to gather more information than that.

Returns from 2 Moms Craft Shack
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To return, mail back to 9937 E Highway 88, Claremore, OK 74017. We will issue a full refund on the items, however, we do not refund the cost of shipping.You can always contact us for any return question at support@2momscraftshack.com .
Damages and issues If your package was missing an item please email support@2momscraftshack.com within 48 hours. We will issue a gift card for the missing amount or re-ship the missing item, depending on the circumstance.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or digital files.
Refunds A full refund will be issued to LIKE NEW items we receive back.
