During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship within the United States.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after leaving our shop.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
The Tipsy Magnolia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@thetipsymagnolia.com with photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist.

Returns from Tipsy Magnolia
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@thetipsymagnolia.com within 14 days of delivery with details of the product and the defect.
You must include photos or videos of the defect, along with a photo of your packing slip.
We will issue store credit or replacement of item.
As agreed when purchases are made, by checking the box in your cart, CHANGES AND REFUNDS CANNOT BE MADE ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED. This includes but not limited to: canceling orders, combining orders, adding items, changing items or changes in shipping method.
If your package is lost, stolen, missing, damaged or anything involving the shipping of your order, please contact Route to file a claim. If you did not purchase Route at checkout, The Tipsy Magnolia is not responsible for any order once it leaves our possession.
