Minimum Orders

The minimum order amount on our online store is $35. Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days. Orders that require expedited shipping must be received before 2pm EST.

Prices

Prices are F.O.B. Fairfield, NJ and subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted on the basis at prices and terms in effect at the time of sale.

Refunds & Returns

Taxes

If, under any law, Frameware, LLC is required to pay or collect tax, use tax, or exercise tax, the amount of these taxes will be added to the order and collected at checkout, unless a Tax-Exempt Certificate is supplied.

Our Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders.To start a return, you can contact us at sales@framewareinc.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Your box/carton must have the RMA number noted on it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return freight cost and will not reimbursed or credited.You can contact us with questions regarding a return at sales@framewareinc.com .

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All products are inspected before shipment and believed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. We will make a fair and equitable adjustment on any product that allegedly fails to perform to our standards under normal use . However, we cannot be responsible for products that show excessive damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on Aluminum Metal Moulding Chops, as they are cut to order. All sales are final on sale items, and are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. Return your product according to the policy described here within and place a new order for the product of choice.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll receive a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee (not including shipping) to your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund; contact them directly to confirm processing time.
