Shipping We ship throughout Canada and the Mainland USA. Some exceptions apply. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All items are in stock and ready to ship unless the item is marked as custom made or if a backorder date is indicated. All in stock items ship within 3-5 days. All backordered items can be pre-ordered to reserve the product and avoid further delays. Although these estimated dates are usually accurate, they are subject to change due to global supply chain challenges. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping and processing once your item is back in stock. Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship it back to us. We hope that you love your new piece of furniture or decor as much as we do, but we understand that shopping online can be difficult. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN If you would like to initiate a return, please obtain a return authorization number from customercare@maisonroseaux.com. Once obtained, pack and return items in original condition, include the provided RMA form, and send to the address provided by our Customer Care Team. If a return is authorized, our customers are responsible for return shipping and returning the item in adequate packaging. We are not liable for damaged items due to inadequate packaging by you.
