DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Orders are generally fulfilled same day or next business day. Shipping generally requires 5-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can require 10-14 business days.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

•If you are not satisfied with your product purchased from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we will offer you a full refund or store credit for the value of the item within 45 days of delivery.

•Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

•For purchases from our website, if you received the wrong product or did not receive your package, we will offer you store credit or a replacement for the full value of the items affected with 45 days of delivery/delivery notification. If you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, please first contact the seller from which you purchased your product to inquire about its return policy. If your seller is unable to address your concerns, please contact us.

•Please email Customer Support at support@transparentlabs.com to notify us of your intent to submit a guarantee request. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product and reason for your dissatisfaction. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to Transparent Labs, or provide other information to assist Transparent Labs in processing your request.

•You must submit your guarantee request within 45 days of the date of delivery. Prepaid return labels are not provided, and we’re not responsible for reimbursing return shipping costs.

•For purchases from the Transparent Labs website, refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. For purchases from our authorized sellers, a refund will be issued via check.

•Promotional items that were shipped in your original order must be included in the return to receive the full refund.

•If you wish to keep the promotional items, you will be refunded the retail cost of the product returned, minus the value of the promotional items. If you are missing an item or receive a damaged item, our customer service team must be notified within 10 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement.

•Transparent Labs reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Transparent Labs concludes that the purchaser has abused the guarantee. Frequent requests for refunds or store credit by an individual will be monitored, and abuse of this guarantee will not be tolerated. Transparent Labs may amend or terminate the guarantee at any time without notice.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU. The 14-day right of withdrawal only applies if the product remains completely sealed.
