Same-Day Dispatch: We aim to dispatch most orders on the same working day if placed before 9:00 AM with cleared payment.

Dispatch Days: Orders are posted Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

🚚 UK Delivery Options & Services

We ship using reliable services including Royal Mail, Evri, and select couriers. When you place an order, you will see an estimated delivery time frame at checkout based on your selected service.

Friday Special Next Day Orders: Special Delivery orders placed on a Friday before 9:00 AM will be delivered on Monday. If you require guaranteed Saturday delivery, please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide a price quote.

📍 UK Mainland & Non-Mainland Coverage

Standard postage rates apply to most UK mainland addresses.

If you require shipping to UK offshore locations, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands/Islands, or BFPO addresses, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery options and charges for services not covered by Standard Royal Mail.

🌍 International Shipping (All Import Taxes & Duties Prepaid)

We ship worldwide! International packages typically arrive within 5 – 10 business days depending on your destination country.

No Extra Fees at Delivery: All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are fully covered by us (Delivered Duty Paid). The total price you pay at checkout is completely final—you will never be asked to pay extra import charges or doorstep fees when your order arrives.

Calculated at Checkout: Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows for your region will be clearly displayed at checkout.

📦 Order Tracking & Delayed Packages

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow its progress in real time.

If your order seems delayed or has not arrived within the expected time frame, we kindly ask that you follow these steps before reaching out:

Check your tracking link: Click the tracking URL in your dispatch email for live carrier updates.

Allow for the full delivery window: Please wait until the end of the estimated delivery window has passed.

Check safe places: Check with immediate neighbours, around your property, or with your local delivery depot.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at Service@3dcabin.co.uk . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Service@3dcabin.co.uk .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Service@3dcabin.co.uk.
