Shipping and delivery timelines for Savage Tacticians orders will vary. You may receive your order sooner or later depending on order processing factors and, in the case of standard shipping, transit timelines.

Domestic orders/shipping

•Orders are generally received within 7 business days after date of fulfillment.

•Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.

International orders/shipping

•Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.

•Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

• If you would like to return an item for for any reason, as long as it has no signs of wear/tear, smoke and pet hair free then we can issue a store credit. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery. Savage Tacticians will not issue any refunds on return products. The only exception is, mispacked or defective items can be returned or a full refund.

• All returns/exchanges must contain the Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be requested within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

•Any packages arriving with an RA number not written on the outside will be returned to the sender.

• You will have 15 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service. If its been more than 15 days from the time your item was delivered, you will not be able to return/exchange that item.

• Once you have emailed into customer service, filed a claim and been authorized to send back, we should have your returned item at our warehouse within 2 weeks. If you wait and your items arrive past the 2 week window, then it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

• If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers to retrieve the item. As soon as the item is returned to our facility we will send out a replacement.

• If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 15 days ago, the item is no longer for available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.

• If the item was purchased at an event, expo or any other special event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

• If the item was purchased at one of our retailers, please take the product back to the retailer for a return or exchange.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES : Available to customers in North America only . Products purchased from Savage Tacticians may be returned for an exchange (Reminder - y ou will have 15 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service). If you're wanting to return an item for a store credit or exchange, you are responsible for the return postage. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair and cigarette smoke. You must contact us before returning any items. Email us at CustomerService@Sav-Tac.com along with order number and proof of purchase. Items returned without contacting us will be returned to sender without us opening the package.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS : If you believe you received a product that is defective, we would like to apologize. Please submit a request and attach a photo of the defective product to CustomerService@Sav-Tac.com. Once your request is approved (24 hours max on weekdays. Weekend emails will be addresses on Monday) you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective product and we can expedite a new one to you.

MIS-PACKED ORDER : In the rare case that you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, we do apologize. Please submit a request and include the details for the product you received instead(style name, color, size) to CustomerService@Sav-Tac.com. Once your request is approved ( 24 hours max on weekdays. Weekend emails will be addresses on Monday ) you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item you received. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will expedite the product you originally ordered.

SALE ITEMS : On s ale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All orders are final for sale items.

Any packages arriving without a RA written on the outside that have not been approved for a return/exchange will have "return to sender" written on the outside and sent back without having been opened.
