All Gunfighter Trading Co. branded products are shipped from Erie, PA, with the exception of gift cards - which are digital. We do not offer local delivery and do not have a storefront at this time.

Shipping and delivery timelines for Gunfighter Trading Co. branded products only orders will vary. Orders on average pack and ship out between 1-4 business days, excluding holidays ( this can vary during the holiday season ). Orders placed Fri-Sun may see longer ship times as the orders will be prepared the following week. You may receive your order sooner or later depending on order processing factors and, in the case of standard shipping, transit timelines. We are not responsible for how fast or slow USPS or UPS takes to deliver orders.

For orders containing candles, depending on where we are shipping to, we always try to ship further orders Monday-Wednesday so the candles don't get stuck and melt in a hot box truck over the weekend. If you live in a warmer climate, please track your package and plan to have someone home when it arrives. No matter how we package our 100% soy candles, they will melt if left in the sun all day or weekend.

Orders containing brand products other than Gunfighter Trading Co. will be packed and shipped separately by that brand. Each brand has varying shipping and fulfillment policies, which can be found on their respective web sites. If you have an issue with an order that was shipped containing non-Gunfighter Trading Co. products, still contact us for assistance and support. Orders containing both Gunfighter Trading Co. products and products from other brands will arrive as separate packages.

We do not ship to international countries at this time.

Military APO/FPO/DPO will be shipped via USPS and at the domestic rate.

If you don’t like one of the Gunfighter Trading Co. branded products you buy, we will exchange it for another of the same value, at our shipping expense. If for some reason your products arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will make it right. If you just want to return for a refund, we can do that too - minus any shipping costs.

EXCHANGES & RETURNSPlease contact us if you would like to exchange or return any of our products. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without you contacting us first. We also cannot accept any returns or exchanges after thirty (30) calendar days from your order date. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request at our sole discretion.

We will pay return shipping one time on domestic orders for exchanges only. Once we receive the items for exchange, we will pay to ship the exchange items one time. For exchanges requested after the first exchange per order, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Return shipping costs will not be paid for returns for refunds, unless you received the wrong item by our mistake.

For hygiene reasons, all UNDERWEAR and SWIMWEAR sales are final . Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on these products.

REFUNDSWe will notify you once we’ve received your return and your refund is approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from any return refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGE AND ISSUESPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If your candles arrive broken or melted, or if you have any issues with any other product, please take a picture and email it to support@gunfightertrading.co along with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the problem and contact you ASAP.

Certain products marked as sale or clearance are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, but contact us and we will try our best to work it out.

If an order is not delivered due to the customer entering the wrong shipping address or if the address entered is undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any shipping cost, return shipping costs, or fees incurred by the shipping carrier. If we receive the items back from the carrier, the customer can opt to pay shipping costs again to have the order shipped to the correct address or the order can be refunded minus original shipping costs. If the item is not received back after being undeliverable or if it was shipped to the incorrect address, then no refund for product or shipping costs will be issued.

Our candles are hand-poured. Therefore, there may be minor discrepancies between candles, wax appearance, etc. While we do our best to pour wax into the glasses as close to the candle weight on the box, some may be slightly less and some slightly more.

In addition, soy wax adheres or pulls away from glass, and shrinks/expands due to the temperature of the glass and candle. While most all soy wax candles do this, it is more noticeable in clear glasses like ours. Rest assured this is normal and does not affect the burn of the candle. If you truly are not happy with the look of your candle wax, warm the candle up or contact us.
