New orders will consist of items that are in-stock, items that we need to make here in house, or a combination of the two.

Items that need to be made are added to our production log every morning and under normal conditions it will take a minimum of 1 day to make any item and it could take up to 2 weeks, it depends how busy we are and the weather, we could get some snow or flooding and it could possibly take longer.

If you only order items that are in stock, that order will get shipped sooner than an order that needs even one item to be made by the production team, that one item will slow down the other items.

Once your shipping label is printed you will receive an automated email with the tracking data. Normally we do not print this until we are ready to ship the order, so it should update within 24 hours normally.

All packages are shipped discreetly.There are no branding or stickers, a plain brown box, or it will be USPS packaging

If you need to cancel the order or change something, such as the softness or color, or shipping address, contact us ASAP and we will make the change on our end.

If we have already shipped the order and you want a refund, then refuse the package or send it back to us without opening the box. If the product is damaged or defective, take a picture and send it to us at salesinfo@siliconenozzles.com
