If, for any reason, you are not completely delighted with your gift The Present Tree offers a no quibble returns policy. If the item is returned to us within 2 weeks of its delivery, w e will refund the full amount you paid or offer an exchange of the same value, whichever you prefer. To return your gift, please send your parcel to the address below. We recommend that you retain your receipt from the couriers. The Present Tree does not offer free returns as standard.
