You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in 100% restockable condition, in original packaging, and include all components. Items that show signs of use may be denied.

Non-Returnable ItemsHygienic items (toilet accessories, pillows, commodes, braces, etc.), refrigerated items, custom-made or special-order items, clearance items, products with expiration dates, hazardous materials, oversized freight items, and items purchased with store credit.If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before ordering.

How to Start a ReturnEmail hello@lifesidesupply.com with your order number, contact info, and reason for return. We will send a return authorization number within 1–2 business days. Returns without authorization are not accepted.

Shipping Your ReturnOnce authorized, pack your item securely, write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it using any traceable method. Keep your tracking number until the return is complete.

Return Shipping CostsCustomers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

RefundsRefunds are issued once the item is received and processed. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Some items may incur a restocking fee, which will be disclosed during authorization.
