We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, providing a reliable and secure delivery service throughout the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are normally processed and dispatched on the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, at weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During exceptionally busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Services

We currently offer the following Royal Mail tracked delivery services:

Aim: Next working day after dispatch

Fully tracked service with delivery updates.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Fully tracked service with delivery updates.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery service selected and your order value.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Pharmacy & Healthcare Products

As a GPhC-registered UK pharmacy, certain medicines and healthcare products may require additional verification or a pharmacist review before dispatch.

Where a pharmacist consultation or additional compliance checks are required, this may slightly extend processing times. If additional information is needed, we will contact you promptly.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Some medicines and regulated healthcare products may be subject to additional delivery restrictions in accordance with UK pharmacy legislation and courier requirements.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate with the delivery provider.

At Fusion Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an eligible item, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Be in its original, unopened packaging with any seals intact.

Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Please do not return products without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@fusion-pharmacy.co.uk . We will investigate the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns of certain products, including:

Prescription medicines.

Pharmacy medicines and over-the-counter medicines once they have been dispatched, unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.

Opened healthcare or personal care products.

Perishable goods.

Personalised or special-order products.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different product, please return the eligible item (where applicable). Once your return has been processed, you may place a new order.

European Union Cooling-Off Rights

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you may have additional cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

These rights do not apply to products that are exempt from cancellation under applicable law, including medicines and certain healthcare products where permitted by legislation.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
